Our Food Pantry is open every Wednesday to anyone who is in need of food. We assist those in 43604 and surrounding areas who meet income eligibility guidlines. If you are looking for help, please call us 419-243-8284, or come any Wednesday between 12 and 2. Please be sure to bring with you the following documents in order to receive food:

1.      Current Picture ID
2.      Proof of Current Address (utility bill, lease agreement, SSA statement, etc.)
3.      Proof of Income (pay stubs, etc.) OR
4.      Zero Income Statement (available from 2-1-1 or Social Security Administration)
5.      Social Security Cards or Birth Certificates for every person in the household that you are claiming as your dependents.

 Every recipient is eligible to return to the pantry one time every 30 days.
